Curious about exploring your inner experience through movement rather than traditional talk therapy?


These one-to-one sessions invite you to meet and receive yourself through dance, sensation, imagination and embodied attention. Familiar and emerging movement patterns become pathways of connection, insight and self-listening.


Your whole being becomes the guide.


I provide a structure that helps you to tune inward, follow the intelligence of the body, intuition and imagination, and stay open to what wants to emerge - revealing layers of knowing that exist beyond words.


These sessions are open to any inner state you may be experiencing in life: stuckness, grief, rage, joy, confusion, numbness, tenderness or transition. Whatever is present is welcome and can be met through movement, breath and awareness at your own pace.


As the session comes to a close, we reflect on what your body, breath and expression have revealed and how these embodied insights may continue to support your relationship with yourself, others and in daily life.
