“When people feel the sun at their back, they dance with more freedom and curiosity, moving fully and setting themselves free.”

I dance inner states.

Emotion meets vibrational meets physical meets imagination.

Through alignment images drop in effortlessly and movements flow one after the other with presence, ease and truth.

An intention to trust the flow of energy through the moving body.

For self-expression to originate closer to the bone.

I love inviting people’s dances to tentatively creep or joyfully burst out of them!
