Innate dance:

  • has grown out of my background as a dancer and body-based psychotherapist;

  • helps people to feel more ‘in’ their own bodies and sensitive to its impulses through somatic exercises;

  • is a space to explore movement and discover new possibilities;

  • helps restore trust in the body (you), in its movements, expression, playfulness and innate creativity;

  • is a space where dances can freely emerge from the inner landscape and imagination;

  • at its heart, is about grounding joy.
